Our session fees

We are now taking bookings for our Before and After School Club sessions. Places are limited, so please enquire or register online to secure your child’s place.

Breakfast Club (Mon–Fri)

7:30am until school starts

£7.70 per session

Invoices are issued monthly. Payment is required in advance at the start of each month, and invoices must be paid within 5 days of issue.

After School (Mon–Thu)

End of school until 5:30pm

£14.20 per session

After School (Fri)

End of school until 5:00pm

£15.80 per session

Plan ahead with our online parent system

Our easy-to-use online parent system gives you full visibility of your contract bookings and invoices across the academic year. You can see upcoming payments in advance, helping you plan ahead, budget confidently and avoid unexpected costs. Everything is clear, transparent and accessible whenever you need it — putting you in control.

Tax-Free Childcare — save up to 20%

We accept Tax-Free Childcare payments. This government scheme is designed to support working families with childcare costs. For every £8 you pay into your childcare account, the government adds £2 — giving you up to 20% extra towards your fees. To be eligible, parents must be working (including self-employed), earning at least the equivalent of 16 hours per week at National Minimum Wage, and earning under £100,000 per year. Childcare vouchers

We accept a wide range of childcare voucher providers, offering flexibility for families who use an employer childcare voucher scheme. If we are not currently registered with your provider, please let us know. We are happy to register with additional schemes wherever possible to make the process simple for you.
